Questions we get a lot
Does Naqra violate Google’s policy?
No. Google’s policy prohibits blocking negative reviews or asking only satisfied customers for a review, and Naqra does neither: every customer can post on Google whatever their rating, we don’t write the review for them, and we don’t offer anything in return. The only thing we add is a faster way for an unhappy customer to reach you before they leave.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. The tap opens a lightweight web page in the browser and takes under a minute. No sign-up, no password.
Which phones can read the card?
iPhone 7 and newer, and most modern Android phones. For any phone without NFC, a QR code printed on the same card leads to the same page.
What data do you collect from my customers?
The rating and the note, plus the mobile number only if the customer chooses to enter it and agrees to be contacted. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and your customers’ data belongs to you; we never sell or share it.
How long does setup take?
We prepare your page and card within three working days of confirming your order and deliver them with the stand. Placing it in your shop takes a minute.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, with no long contracts. The card stays with you.
