Terms of service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between nakra (Naqra, we, us) and the business that creates an account (you). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Please read them; they are short and written in plain words.
The service
Naqra gives each of your branches an NFC card with a QR code. Customers who tap it can rate their visit, leave a note and, if they wish, ask the manager to contact them. You receive WhatsApp alerts for low ratings, a dashboard for all your branches and, depending on your plan, a monthly report in Arabic and drafted replies to your Google reviews.
The service is provided as described on our website and in the dashboard on the day you use it. We improve it regularly and may add, change or retire features; we will tell you in advance about changes that remove something you rely on.
Your account
You must give accurate information about yourself and your business and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the team members you invite, so keep your password private and remove people who leave.
You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and you must be at least 18 years old.
Plans and prices
Plans are priced per branch per month, as shown on the pricing page on the day you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT; VAT at 15% is added to every invoice.
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing charges 10 months for a full year of service. When you add a branch in the middle of a billing period, you pay only for the remaining part of the period; when you remove a branch or move to a smaller plan, the change applies from the next period.
We may change prices. A change applies only to invoices issued after we announce it, never to a period you have already paid for.
Free trial
New accounts get a trial of 14 days with full access. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription. We do not charge anything during the trial.
Payment and invoices
Payments are processed by Moyasar with mada, credit cards and Apple Pay. Your card details are entered on Moyasar's secure form and never reach our servers. If Moyasar allows it, we save a token for your card so that renewals are charged automatically; otherwise we send you each invoice with a payment link before it is due.
For every payment we issue a tax invoice that shows our legal name and VAT number, your business name and VAT number if you gave one, a line for each branch, the VAT amount and the total. Invoices are available in the dashboard in Arabic and English.
Late payment and pausing
If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after its due date, your subscription is paused. While paused, your cards and rating pages keep working and customers can still rate and post on Google; alerts, reports, drafted replies and Google synchronisation stop until payment. Everything resumes as soon as the invoice is paid.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not automatically refund the remaining part of a paid period. If you believe a refund is due, write to us and we will look at it.
After the subscription ends, your business data is kept for 30 days and then deleted, except for invoices and accounting records that tax law requires us to keep. You can export your data from the dashboard before then.
Cards
Each branch's card, its counter stand and its programming are included in your subscription at no extra charge. If you move or change your business name, we reprogram the card at no cost; ask us about a replacement card if one is lost or damaged. The cards work only while your subscription is active or paused; after cancellation they stop opening a rating page.
Your customers' data
Customers give their rating and note to you, and give their phone number only when they ask the manager to contact them. Naqra stores and processes that data on your behalf so that you can read it and act on it.
You agree to use a customer's phone number only to contact them about the visit they rated, and never for advertising, promotions or anything unrelated to that visit. You agree to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law in how you use what customers share with you.
You choose how long notes and phone numbers are kept, up to 24 months; we delete them automatically after that period. You can find and delete a customer's data from the dashboard when they ask, and you can turn off phone collection or the contact-me option for your branches at any time.
Phone numbers are encrypted, shown only to the team members you authorise, and every reveal is logged. You are responsible for what your team does with the numbers they reveal.
Google reviews and Google's policy
Every customer sees the same button to post a review on Google Maps, whatever their rating. This button cannot be turned off, hidden, delayed or moved. Naqra never writes reviews, never suggests what a customer should write, and never offers anything in return for a review.
You agree not to use Naqra, its cards or its pages to offer anything in return for a review, to pressure customers on the premises, to ask only satisfied customers to post, or to discourage anyone from posting. These practices violate Google's Maps user-generated content policy and can lead to the removal of all your reviews. We may suspend an account that uses the service this way.
Connecting your Google Business Profile is your choice. When you connect it, you give Naqra permission to read your reviews and publish the replies you approve. You can disconnect it at any time from the dashboard.
Drafted replies and the monthly report
Drafted replies are suggestions produced with an AI provider from the text of the review. You read every draft, edit it as you see fit and decide whether to publish it. Once you publish a reply, it is yours, and you are responsible for its content.
The monthly report summarises your ratings, notes and reviews and suggests steps for the next month. It is a decision aid, not professional advice. No customer phone numbers or names are ever sent to the AI provider.
WhatsApp alerts and messages
Alerts, reports and invoice reminders are sent to the WhatsApp numbers and email addresses you add to your account. Add only numbers whose owners agreed to receive these messages from Naqra on your behalf. We aim to send a low-rating alert within a minute of the rating; delivery itself depends on WhatsApp and Twilio.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, not to send abusive or unsolicited messages through it, not to submit fake ratings or reviews, not to interfere with its security or with other customers' accounts, and not to resell it without our written agreement.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Short maintenance windows are announced in the dashboard when possible. Support is available at omarbaaiz@hotmail.com.
Liability
To the extent Saudi law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, for the content of reviews customers post on Google, for actions Google takes on your Business Profile, or for how you use your customers' contact details.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, violates Google's policy, misuses customer data or does not pay. We will tell you the reason and, where possible, give you a chance to fix it first. You can close your account at any time as described under cancellation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email account owners at least 14 days before a change that affects your rights or obligations takes effect. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that we cannot settle amicably is referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
